DSH8 automatic edge banding machine is engineered for continuous and stable panel edge processing in modern woodworking workshops. It comes with a full set of working stations including pre-milling, gluing, end cutting, fine trimming, tracking, scraping, cleaning and polishing, finishing all edge banding procedures in one single pass.

The pre-milling unit trims rough or uneven board edges in advance to ensure better bonding between edge band and panel. Automatic gluing applies adhesive evenly for consistent adhesion. The end cutting and fine trimming stations precisely cut and shape the edge band, while the tracking function follows the board contour to realize smooth corner rounding. Subsequent scraping, cleaning and polishing remove excess material and polish the edge to a seamless, glossy finish.
