CNC Router DS2140

CNC-Router-DS2140 large dual-spindle CNC router is designed for woodworking factories with high-volume repetitive production demands. Two spindles run synchronously, finishing two identical pieces in one machining pass, which drastically improves throughput and reduces repeated programming and handling work.

It adopts DSP A11 control system with intuitive operation and stable movement. Leadshine AC servo motors and drives provide strong driving force and outstanding positioning accuracy during long continuous heavy production. The 9kW HQD air-cooled spindle delivers stable power for heavy milling, cutting and deep relief engraving.

This machine features a dual-function worktable combining vacuum adsorption and aluminum T-slot structure. Large thin wooden panels can be firmly fixed by vacuum suction; irregular or thick workpieces can be clamped via fixtures on the T-slots. The integrated tool sensor enables automatic tool setting, removing tedious manual adjustment and lowering human errors.

30mm heavy-duty linear guide rails ensure smooth motion and consistent precision under long-hour batch processing. Core electrical components from Schneider Electric and Omron limit switches guarantee stable operation and longer service life. The machine voltage can be customized to match different countries’ power grids.
