DSH12-S automatic edge banding machine is built for high-standard furniture workshops that pursue superior edge quality. It integrates comprehensive processing stations: pre-milling, pre-heating, gluing, end cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, imitation tracking, edge scraping, soft scraping, cleaning, and double polishing. The whole edge banding workflow can be completed in one single board pass.

The pre-milling station removes defects and unevenness on board edges, laying a clean foundation for bonding. The pre-heating system warms up materials to optimize glue adhesion and maintain stable sealing quality even in low-temperature environments. After gluing and pressing, end cutting, rough trimming and fine trimming work together to cut and shape the edge band accurately. The imitation tracking function creates rounded, natural corners for a refined look.

This machine features both standard scraping and soft scraping stations to handle different edge band materials, removing excess glue and burrs gently without scratching the board surface. The dedicated cleaning unit wipes away residual contaminants, followed by dual polishing stations that buff the edge twice to achieve a mirror-like smooth finish.

Controlled by an intuitive touchscreen panel, the machine allows easy adjustment of working modes. Its reinforced heavy frame ensures stable continuous operation during long shifts. It supports various edge band materials, perfect for high-end custom furniture factories and large-scale panel production lines demanding top-tier surface quality.
