CNC Router ES2140

CNC-Router-ES2140 heavy-duty large format CNC router is designed for processing big-size wooden panels in cabinet and furniture workshops. It adopts a single powerful spindle structure, flexible enough to fulfill diverse custom cutting and engraving tasks.

Equipped with DSP A11 control system, the machine is simple to program and operate with smooth and stable movement. Leadshine AC servo motors and drives deliver strong torque and high precision during long continuous processing. The 9kW HQD air-cooled spindle provides reliable power for heavy milling, deep carving and panel cutting.

The combined vacuum and aluminum T-slot worktable offers two fixing methods. Vacuum suction firmly holds thin large sheets, while T-slots allow clamping irregular or thick workpieces with fixtures. A tool sensor supports automatic tool setting to reduce manual setup work and avoid human errors.

30mm heavy-duty linear guide rails ensure steady motion and consistent precision under long-hour workload. Premium electrical components including Schneider Electric and Omron limit switches improve the machine’s stability and service life. Its working voltage can be customized to match power standards in different countries.
