ATC CNC Router LR2040

ATC-CNC-Router-LR2040 is a heavy-duty large size ATC CNC router built for complex, multi-step woodworking jobs. It comes with a traveling 8-slot tool magazine to realize fully automatic tool change. The machine can switch different cutters automatically in one machining cycle, eliminating manual tool replacement and greatly saving production downtime.

Integrated rotary axis expands machining capability beyond flat boards, allowing you to handle cylindrical workpieces, wood turning and 3D relief carving on one machine. Taiwan LNC control system delivers stable, precise motion control with easy programming and operation. Leadshine AC servo motors provide powerful driving force and excellent repeat accuracy for long continuous heavy cutting.

The 9kW HQD air-cooled ATC spindle offers strong cutting power, paired with automatic tool setter to guarantee consistent cutting precision. Full vacuum worktable with dual air-circulation vacuum pumps firmly holds large wood panels during processing.

It adopts 30mm heavy-duty linear guide rails for stable movement. Core electric parts are Schneider Electric and Omron limit switches to enhance reliability and extend service life. This all-in-one machine suits high-end cabinetry, solid wood furniture, architectural decoration and custom 3D wood craft manufacturing.
