3-station Vacuum Laminating Machine

Our 3-station vacuum laminating machine is a high-efficiency membrane pressing solution built for furniture manufacturers. It applies heat and stable vacuum pressure to soften decorative PVC film, so the film perfectly adheres to all contours, grooves and curved surfaces of wooden substrates, delivering bubble-free and wrinkle-free finished panels.

With three independent workbenches, the machine supports alternating loading, unloading and processing at the same time. Operators can place new workpieces on one station while other stations complete the heating and laminating cycle, eliminating idle waiting time and greatly boosting continuous production capacity.

Equipped with an automatically moving thermal module and touchscreen control panel, it supports manual and automatic adjustment of temperature and vacuum. Multiple preset program slots allow quick recipe switching for different films and workpiece styles. It comes with complete safety protection systems including overload protection, emergency stop button and limit switches to secure daily operation. The quick-release film fixing design simplifies film replacement and shortens setup time. It is ideal equipment for medium.
