DSH9-S automatic edge banding machine integrates nine core processing stations: pre-milling, gluing, end trimming, rough trimming, fine trimming, profile tracking, edge scraping, cleaning and buffing.
Once the wood panel feeds into the machine, all edge treatment steps run continuously and automatically. The pre-milling station trims uneven board edges, removes burrs and surface defects to create a flat surface for stronger bonding. The gluing unit applies adhesive evenly to ensure tight connection between edge band and workpiece.

Multiple trimming and profile tracking modules smoothly shape the edge contour and perfectly handle corner rounding, giving natural and seamless transitions. Edge scraping, cleaning and buffing remove residual glue and minor imperfections, polishing edges to a tidy, smooth finish.It features an intuitive touchscreen control panel for simple operation and quick adjustment for different edge band materials. The solid machine frame maintains stable performance during long continuous production.
