Electronic Panel Saw C3300

This CNC panel saw is built for continuous automatic cutting of wood panels in cabinet and furniture factories. It uses grippers to finish material receiving and automatic CNC positioning, supported by AC servo motors and non-contact electromagnetic measurement system with closed-loop compensation to keep stable cutting accuracy during long batch production.

The front air float table makes loading and unloading panels much easier, reducing friction and scratches on board surfaces. It adopts large and small dual saw blades with forward and reverse sawing technology, which delivers smooth cutting edges and prevents chipping on veneered or melamine boards. Precision rack and pinion drive and linear guide rails ensure smooth and stable machine movement.

Equipped with the Mitsubishi control system, the machine has an intuitive human-machine interface that operators can master quickly. The heavy-duty round bar guide rail and horizontal saw blade shaft seat strengthen the whole structure, while multi-groove belt drive extends service life.
