DSH15-scaled automatic edge banding machine packs abundant production functions in one single machine: pre-milling, quick-melt adhesive box, top adhesive application, end cutting, rough finishing, fine finishing, contour tracking, side holes drilling, edge scraping, light scraping, horizontal grooving, vertical grooving, cleaning and dual polishing. All operations are finished in one panel feeding pass, greatly boosting production efficiency.

Pre-milling removes board edge defects and burrs to create a neat substrate for gluing. The quick-melt glue system provides stable and even adhesive coating, including top adhesive application to ensure strong and consistent bonding. End cutting trims both ends of edge band neatly. Two-stage rough and fine finishing precisely shapes the edge profile.

The contour tracking module forms smooth rounded corners for elegant visual effect. It is equipped with side hole drilling function for hinge or connector holes, which eliminates extra drilling procedures. Horizontal and vertical grooving stations allow direct grooving on panels during edge banding. Dual scraping units remove residual glue carefully without scratching the board surface. After cleaning, double polishing stations refine edges to silky smooth finish.
