DSH14 automatic edge banding machine is engineered for premium woodworking manufacturers who demand long-lasting, water-resistant edge banding results. It integrates a full sequence of processing stations: pre-milling, primer coating, pressing, PUR glue coating, secondary pressing, end cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, chamfering, scraping, soft scraping, cleaning and double polishing. All processes are completed in one single board pass.

The pre-milling station trims uneven board edges to create a clean surface. The unique primer coating module pre-treats the board edge, greatly enhancing glue adhesion performance. Combined with the PUR hot melt adhesive system, the machine delivers outstanding water-proof and heat-resistant sealing effect, which prevents edge peeling for long-term use. Two pressing stages ensure the edge band is tightly bonded to the panel.

After gluing and pressing, end cutting, rough trimming and fine trimming precisely trim excess edge band material. The dedicated chamfering unit creates smooth, beveled edges for a luxury visual effect. Dual scraping stations including standard scraping and soft scraping remove residual glue gently without scratching panel surfaces. The cleaning unit clears leftover contaminants, then dual polishing stations buff the edge twice to get a silky, flawless surface.

The machine features smart touchscreen control for easy adjustment of workflow settings. Its heavy-duty reinforced frame maintains stable operation for continuous mass production.
