DSH10-S automatic edge banding machine integrates ten core processing stations: pre-milling, gluing, end trimming, rough trimming, fine trimming, profile tracking, horizontal grooving, edge scraping, cleaning and buffing.
When panels feed into the machine, all edge operations run automatically without repeated manual work. The pre-milling unit trims uneven board edges to remove defects and create a clean base for strong bonding. The gluing system applies adhesive evenly for stable attachment between edge band and panel.

Multiple trimming and profile tracking stations shape the edge contour naturally, matching the corner curve perfectly. Horizontal grooving adds decorative or structural grooves for customized cabinet designs. Edge scraping, cleaning and buffing remove residual glue and burrs, leaving a neat and glossy finished edge.

Equipped with a touchscreen control panel, operators can quickly adjust settings for different edge band materials.
