60T Cold Press Machine

The 60T cold press machine adopts a robust welded frame structure, built to withstand long-term heavy-load pressing work. Driven by a reliable dual-cylinder hydraulic system, the movable beam descends smoothly and applies uniform pressure across the whole worktable.

Stacked panels, door skins or veneered workpieces are held under constant static pressure during the glue curing phase. This tightly bonds different layers together, removes air gaps between materials, and greatly improves flatness and bonding strength. It effectively reduces bending and deformation issues which commonly occur in glued wood panels.

The intuitive control panel allows operators to set pressure and holding time according to different materials and processing requirements. It works well for cabinet panels, solid wood doors, composite boards and veneer lamination. Optional daylight height is available to accommodate thicker workpieces. It is an indispensable machine for furniture factories to stabilize product quality and boost production efficiency.
