This 12-function edge banding machine integrates all necessary edge processing stations: release agent spraying, pre-milling, double gluing, end trimming, fine trimming, profile chamfering, edge scraping, vertical grooving, cleaning and dual buffing units.
Once the panel enters the machine, it completes the whole edge banding workflow automatically without manual intervention. The pre-milling station repairs rough or uneven board edges to ensure better bonding between edge band and panel. Dual gluing design provides even glue coating for stronger adhesion.

Multiple trimming and chamfering stations shape smooth, rounded edges, while scraping and double buffing remove excess material and polish the edge to a glossy, flawless finish. Vertical grooving function supports special styling requirements for cabinet panels.
The touchscreen control system simplifies operation and allows quick adjustment for different edge band materials.
