Curved Edge Banding Machine DS-700-3

DS-700-3 curved edge banding machine is specially engineered for custom furniture production, capable of processing curved, shaped and straight wood panels. It supports PVC, melamine, wood veneer and plastic edge banding materials to meet diverse furniture finishing requirements.

This machine adopts EVA hot melt glue system for stable bonding. It completes the whole workflow including gluing, edge applying and profiling trimming in one operation. The touch screen control panel allows operators to adjust working settings conveniently.

Built with vacuum adsorption structure, it firmly holds workpieces during processing to avoid shifting and ensure consistent sealing quality. Equipped with dual trimming modes, it can handle single-side trimming and double upper & lower trimming for different panel thickness.
