MFJS6

MFJS6 automatic edge banding machine integrates six core working stations: gluing, end cutting, rough repair, fine trimming, scraping and buffing. The whole edge banding process can be finished continuously as the panel passes through the machine, saving repeated handling and improving workshop productivity.

The gluing unit applies adhesive evenly to bond the edge band firmly onto the board surface. End cutting neatly trims the excess edge band at both ends of the workpiece. Rough repair and fine trimming work together to shape the edge profile, removing surplus edge band smoothly.

The scraping station gently clears residual glue and tiny burrs without scratching the panel surface. The final buffing station polishes the edge to get a smooth, glossy finish. This machine features a compact body, which takes up less workshop space. It is easy to set up and maintain, compatible with many common edge band materials.
