MFE8 automatic edge banding machine is designed for small and medium woodworking factories looking for reliable, economical edge sealing performance. It integrates a full set of essential stations: pre-milling, gluing, end cutting, fine trimming, tracking, scraping, cleaning and polishing. The whole edge banding process can be finished in one single pass of the workpiece.

The pre-milling station trims rough edges of boards to guarantee a flat surface before gluing. The gluing unit evenly applies adhesive to ensure firm bonding between panels and edge bands. After pressing, end cutting and fine trimming neatly cut off excess edge band material. The tracking system creates smooth rounded corners for a refined finished look.

The scraping station removes residual glue and burrs gently. The cleaning unit wipes away leftover debris, and the polishing station buffs edges to achieve a smooth finish. Equipped with a user-friendly control panel, operators can quickly adjust processing speed and modes. Its compact and solid frame keeps stable running in daily continuous production. This machine supports multiple edge band materials.
