CNC Router ES2160

CNC-Router-ES2160 heavy-duty extra-large format CNC router is specially built to handle ultra-long large-size wood panels for cabinetry, furniture and decoration industries. Adopting a robust single spindle structure, it can complete cutting, grooving, engraving and relief carving for large workpieces steadily.

It is equipped with DSP A11 control system for easy programming and reliable, smooth operation. Leadshine AC servo motors and drives provide powerful torque and consistent high precision during long continuous machining cycles. The 9kW HQD air-cooled spindle offers ample stable power for heavy milling and deep carving work.

The combined vacuum and aluminum T-slot worktable supports two clamping modes. Vacuum suction tightly fixes large thin wood sheets, while the T-slot layout allows fixtures to secure thick or irregular workpieces. Integrated tool sensor realizes automatic tool setting, cutting down manual setup time and minimizing human errors.

Heavy-duty linear guide rails ensure smooth movement and sustained accuracy even during long-hour heavy workload. Schneider Electric electrical parts and Omron limit switches improve machine stability and extend service life. The machine voltage can be customized to meet power standards of different countries.
