5-Layer Hot Press Machine

Built with a heavy welded rigid frame, this 5-layer hot press can handle continuous high-pressure pressing cycles without frame deformation. It uses electric thermal oil circulation heating, which ensures uniform temperature across the whole hot plate surface so all workpieces receive even heat during lamination.

Multiple hydraulic cylinders distribute pressure evenly over the entire plate surface, tightly bonding veneers, decorative skins and multi-layer boards while keeping the panel flat. The electric hot plate opening design simplifies loading and unloading workpieces. Operators can adjust temperature and pressure through the control panel to match different raw materials and adhesive processes.

With five independent working layers, it can process multiple panels in one cycle and greatly boost production output. Widely used in plywood plants, cabinet and wooden door workshops for veneer pasting, solid wood panel compounding and board flattening.
