MFES9 automatic edge banding machine integrates nine essential processing stations: pre-milling, gluing, end face cutting, rough trimming, fine trimming, tracking, scraping, cleaning and polishing. All edge banding operations are completed in one single pass of the wooden panel, greatly streamlining your furniture production workflow.

The pre-milling station trims the board’s raw edges to remove burrs and defects, creating a flat and clean surface for better glue bonding. The gluing system spreads adhesive evenly to firmly attach the edge band onto the panel. End face cutting neatly trims the excess edge band at both ends of the workpiece.

It adopts both rough trimming and fine trimming for two-stage shaping, which accurately cuts surplus edge band and lays a solid foundation for perfect corner treatment. The tracking unit creates smooth, rounded corners to enhance the aesthetic of finished panels. The scraping station gently removes residual glue and tiny burrs without scratching the panel surface. After cleaning away dust and debris, the polishing station buffs the edge to achieve a smooth, glossy finish.
