DSH9 automatic edge banding machine is designed for high-volume continuous panel processing in modern woodworking factories. It integrates complete working stations: pre-milling, pre-heating, gluing, end cutting, fine trimming, corner tracking, scraping, cleaning and polishing. All edge banding operations can be finished in one single pass of the board.

The pre-milling unit removes rough and uneven board edges to create a clean base for edge band attachment. The built-in pre-heating system warms the board and edge band before gluing, greatly improving adhesive penetration and bonding stability, especially helpful in low-temperature working environments. The gluing station applies adhesive evenly, ensuring consistent adhesion across the whole edge.

After gluing and pressing, end cutting and fine trimming neatly trim excess edge band. The four-tool corner tracking unit smoothly rounds the corners for a natural, beautiful contour. Scraping, cleaning and polishing stations then remove leftover glue and marks, polishing the edge to a smooth, flawless surface.

With intuitive touchscreen control, operators can quickly adjust machine settings. The robust heavy frame guarantees stable performance during long-hour nonstop production. It works with various edge band materials and different wood panels, ideal for custom furniture workshops and large-scale panel production lines.
